EDGARDO LAR
 
A passionate educator and renowned specialist in performing arts training, Edgardo Lar has dedicated his career to nurturing young talent and guiding students toward excellence through the performing arts. His structured and highly disciplined methodology has propelled numerous students to reach international standards, earning them invitations to perform in prestigious venues and festivals in Calgary, Canada; New York City, as part of the New York International Musical Theater Festival; Daegu, South Korea, at the Daegu International Musical Theater Festival; and Shanghai, China, during the Shanghai World Expo 2010.
 
In recognition of his expertise, Disney selected him to train the young lead performers of its first film produced with a Mexican cast: High School Musical: El Desafío.
 
With over forty years of experience as a Vocal Coach for Stage Performers, he has become a leading figure in the field.
 
In the commercial arena, he has created and developed high-impact stage, corporate, and commercial productions in Mexico City, working as a stage director, producer, and writer. His work includes collaborations with major international brands such as Disney, PepsiCo, Sabritas, Nestlé, Pedigree, Purina, Unilever, Janssen-Cilag, TV Azteca, Medtronic, and Universidad Anáhuac, among others.
 
He has directed a wide range of musicals in both commercial and community theater, and is also the author of four large-scale original musicals.
